Terms of Service
Last updated: September 2026. These terms govern your use of ClipForge, operated by Jesse Schuilenklopper, Amsterdam, the Netherlands ("we", "us").
The service
ClipForge lets you edit videos and photos in your browser, prepare them for platforms such as YouTube, TikTok and Instagram, and plan posts. Files are processed on your own device; exports are your responsibility to review before publishing.
Your account and trial
New accounts include a 1-day free trial. After the trial, continued use requires a paid subscription. Access granted by invitation is free and may be withdrawn at any time.
Subscription and billing
Subscriptions are billed monthly (€9) or yearly (€90) through our payment provider Paddle, who acts as merchant of record and handles VAT. Prices include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise at checkout. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled.
Your content
You keep all rights to the videos and photos you process. You confirm you own or have permission to use the material you upload and that publishing it does not infringe anyone's rights. We do not claim ownership of your content.
Acceptable use
You may not use ClipForge for unlawful content, to violate platform rules of YouTube, TikTok or Instagram, or to attempt to disrupt or reverse-engineer the service.
Availability and liability
The service is provided "as is". We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months before the claim.
Cancellation and changes
You can cancel your subscription at any time via the billing portal; access continues until the end of the paid period (see our refund policy). We may update these terms with notice on this page; continued use means acceptance.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. EU consumer rights remain unaffected.
