Refund Policy

Free trial

Every new account includes a 1-day free trial so you can try ClipForge before paying. No charge is made for the trial.

Cancelling

You can cancel your subscription at any time from the billing portal (linked in the studio). Cancelling stops future payments; you keep access until the end of the period you already paid for.

Refunds

If you are an EU consumer, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal from your first purchase. Because ClipForge is a digital service used immediately, you agree that access starts right away; if you request a refund within 14 days and have used the service, a proportional amount for the days used may be deducted.

Outside the statutory right, refunds are considered case by case — for example if the service was unusable due to a fault on our side. Renewal charges are refunded when you contact us within 7 days of an unintended renewal.

How to request

Email support@clipforge.app from your account email with "Refund" in the subject. Approved refunds are issued by our payment provider Paddle to your original payment method, usually within 5–10 business days.
